Today, companies must have a presence on social media sites. Sixty-one percent(61%) of U.S. companies use Facebook, while 39% Twitter, 29% use LinkedIn, and 24% are present on YouTube. Four out of ten companies listen to consumer discussions, while 70% answer customer questions and complaints .
This survey was conducted by InSites Consulting. a market research company, of 1,222 business owners in October 2012.
