A survey of 2,046 shoppers conducted in December 2013 found shoppers are NOT forgiving when it comes to a bad experience in a store. Kronos, an online management company specializing in labor costs, compliance, and payroll, found one-third of shoppers (32%) would stop patronizing a store after TWO bad experiences.  Other results–

*One bad experience                         13%

*Two bad experiences                       32%

*Three bad experiences                    18%

*Four or more bad experiences       12%

*I’d never stop shopping there      25%
