What bugs employees the most? E-mail. Forty-four percent(44%) find e-mail overload to be the most annoying thing about their job , A survey conducted by Contatta of 1,200 Americans found that almost 80% reported some sort of email problem. Those problems include:
*37% lost important email
*36% sent an email to the wrong person
*32% replied to all instead of just replying to the sender
*29% sent an email with typos and errors
*18% reported their email inbox is too full to accept new emails
Not surprising, seventy-eight percent (78%) hate getting the flood of ” reply all” when an all company email is sent.
